What’s unique about my approach?
My work is about coming into the heart, expanding our awareness beyond the mind to embrace change, not by changing those things that we think are ‘wrong’ with us, but embracing who we are and who we are becoming in a loving, gentle and unconditional way. My approach to coaching is integral and spiritually based. I hold the highest possibility for each one of my client’s growth, personal development and spiritual transformation.
How do I work with my clients?
I’m interested in only working with clients who are committed to their personal/spiritual growth and to making deep, meaningful and sustainable changes in their lives. Because I will be giving you my 100%, and because I believe that real change arises out of commitment, consistency and hard work, I prefer to work with clients as their Angel in the Wings for a minimum of three (6) months, meeting four (4) times per month — roughly every week. My clients have told me that knowing they have to show up each week and being held accountable to the changes they want to make creates rapid, positive change. And by staying in touch via email in between meetings, you’ll be sure to make the most of our meetings.

Step 2 – I’ll review your answers, make sure we’re on the same page and contact you about setting up a Free 30 minute consultation. This is where you get to experience what it’s like to work with me, and if we’re a good fit for each other.
Step 3 – If we decide we’re a go, you and I will meet every week in person (if you are in Cape Town) or via phone or Skype (I work with clients around the world). In between our hourly meetings, we’ll be in touch via email to keep you on track.
Does it Matter Where You Live?
Nope. I have clients all around the globe — the United States, Mexico, Europe, South America and Australia just to name a few. With the advent of Skype, a free video calling service, you and I will be able to see and hear each other as long as you’ve got a decent WiFi connection. It’s easy to set up and it ensures that we have a quality, face-to-face conversation no matter where you are.
