That although you feel pain, you are not your pain. Learn to be with them, appreciating them, and releasing them in the same way each sneeze is released. It is one of the most loving things you can ever do yourself!

The Habit of Love

As you begin to unconditionaly accept them, without trying to change them you’re practicing the habit of lovingness. That’s exactly what we do when we fall in love with another person! We suspend all judgement of this person, and we find their perfection in everything they do, think or say! Stay in love, that’s your natural state of being!

The Paradox of Death

The more we contemplate and talk about our own death, the greater the chances we’ll start waking up to the reality of our very limited time here on this planet. When you take out the years we were children and all we did was play, and add the years when we will be too old to care for ourselves, there’s very little time to live creative & productive lives, and make a real impact in the lives of others. Thinking about your own death, will help you start waking up from the dream that you have an eternity to call that person you miss, or that you hurt, or to tell that person how much you love them, and to start living the meaningful, and rewarding life you were placed here to live. So how about if tonight, before you go to bed, you spend a few minutes contemplating your own death. Don’t worry, it’s not going to kill you! Your thoughts are not that powerful! Simply contemplate all that is still left to do. Then, the next day, make a commitment to live more fully, to love more openly, and to make a difference in the lives of others. Think and talk about death, so that you can live more. It’s a paradox that can help you turn the auto pilot off, and help you fly high into your greatest life yet!

Give it a try, help someone today. Do it for you and your own wellbeing. And most importantly, learn to ask for help when you need it. Every time someone helps you, they are helping themselves too. It’s a whole new way of looking at help!
