One thing you don’t know about me is that I’ve never been good at casual conversation.
I suppose one of the reasons is that my father had me when he was 58 years old – which meant that by the time I was a teenager I was relating to a 72-year-old man, who was always eager to share his wisdom with me.
One of the questions I repeatedly asked my dad was, “What’s the purpose of life?”, to which he would always reply, “You’re asking the wrong question son. The right question is, what gives your life purpose?”
Sadly, it wasn’t until many years after my father’s death that I began to understand what he really meant… that ultimately, purpose is not something you find out there in life, but something that you connect to inside of yourself when you DO something.
The word ‘purpose’ in Latin means ‘to put forth’, so purpose is really about bringing something forth from within you. This realization was a game changer for me!
In this video, I’d like to invite you to consider the possibility that your life’s purpose lies as a dormant treasure within your own heart, and that it is only when you activate The Law of the Heart in your own life, that you’ll start aligning and fulfilling your life’s purpose.
The Only Place your Should be Looking for your Life Purpose
